Shipping Policy
We understand that you want your fabulous purchases as soon as possible, which is why we strive to get all orders placed within 24-48hrs! Orders placed on Sundays need additional 24hrs to be processed.
Shipping Options
- First Class Shipping: This is our standard shipping option. It typically takes 5-10 business days for orders to arrive via First Class Shipping.
- Priority Mail Shipping: This is a faster shipping option. It typically takes 3-5 business days for orders to arrive via Priority Mail Shipping.
- Express Shipping: This is the fastest shipping option. It typically takes 1-3 business days for orders to arrive via Express Shipping.
Shipping Rates
- All orders > $100 are eligible for free shipping
- First Class Shipping: $7.99
- Priority Mail Shipping: $15.99
- Express Shipping: $25.99
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
- We do not ship to international addresses.
Shipping Delays
- During peak shipping times, such as the holiday season, there may be delays in shipping.
- If there is a shipping delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
Our warehouse operations are from Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Lost Packages
Lost packages will undergo an investigation. If you package is lost or damaged in transit we will replace items if available or refund original payment source. However, if shipping source confirms delivery to correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order on Femmiflare.com and see its estimated delivery date.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation and make sure to expedite your order(s).
Customer Cancellations
Customers requesting a cancellation of an order will be charged a 10% cancellation fee, after 12 hours of purchasing. For more details about Customer Cancellations, please refer to Returns & Exchanges Policy page.
