Refunds & Exchanges

Please log into your account at https://femmiflare.com/account/login to self start a return. Once we receive your return request, you will receive return instructions within 1-2 days.

If Femmiflare provides a shipping label for your returns, $6 will be deducted from your refund amount.

We understand if there is a change of mind and offer a generous return policy. Please read the Return policy below for a full refund:

Order must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, stain, cigarette and deodorant free. Items should have the original tags and stickers intact.
• Postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery with the packing slip or receipt, receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
• Within 30 days, with the packing slip or receipt and tags attached, receive a full refund for store credit.  Credit does not expire...ever!
• Sale items, Jewelry and home items are Final sale.
• Items in Sale category are always final sale.
• We are not responsible for returns lost in mail. Please make sure your return has a tracking number for timely updates.

If your return does not meet any of the above, the return is refused by our returns department. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your return once its received by our returns department.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Femmiflare.

Exchanges

Due to fast turnover and limited quantity of inventory we do not offer Exchanges.If you want to swap your item for a different size, please return your item during the 30 day window and order the correct size using the store credit.

Customer Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched and if it is less than 12 hrs.

Customers requesting a cancellation of an order will be charged a 10% cancellation fee, after 12 hours of purchasing.
